How many Agents can use reverber?

The number of agents is unlimited. There is one Account Customer who can create all agent accounts.

What does the partner see or where does he have to go if he gets a e-mail by reverber?

The partner receives an e-mail where he can click on a link which leads him directly to his personal login site. Alternatively he could download a file directly through the file-links provided in the email.

Does the partner have his own password?

Yes, the partner gets his own password which is given to him by the Agents.

How does he know his password?

The password is given to him by the Agents after the creation of his profile.

Do I always get a e-mail by reverber with a new login password?

No, the initial password remains the same.

Can I locate my own Corporate Identity (Logo) on reverber that my users do not get irritated?

It is possible to create your own corporate identity on reverber. Please contact our Support team

Can I see who answered my feedback-sheets?

Yes, a list of all partners who answered the feedback-sheets is listed.

Can I see the single feedback-sheets?

Yes, the feedback-sheets are saved permanently.

How does the evaluation of the feedbacksheets take place?

The evaluation is done automatically by the reverber application.

Is there any graphic Evaluation?

Yes, the evaluation is shown on a statistic page as diagramms.

How do we finance the light version?

The light version is financed from the revenues of professional accounts. This is why we can only provide a limited number of light accounts.
